Arbitration Notice. This Agreement requires all disputes between you and Greenacres Farm (including its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, parents, affiliates, successors, and other companies under common control with us) 

Notice of SMS Messaging. This Agreement also governs Greenacres Farm use of SMS (text) messaging with you as provided in section 24 below. By providing your phone number you agree to receive such messages and may opt out at any time.
